FROM THE SOUTH
From I-25, exit at 23rd Avenue, which is just north of Mile High Stadium. Stay to the right, which becomes Water Street. The street will lead you by the aquarium, Ocean Journey. Turn right on 15th Street. The Riverpoint Building is a half block to the east on 15th Street. It is a four-story red brick building. Turn into the driveway just before you reach the building. Visitor parking is on the right. If you pass over the South Platte River you have gone too far. Walk around to other side of building; the entrance is near the river.
FROM THE NORTH
From I-25, approximately one mile south of the I-70 interchange, exit on to 19th Street. Turn right and then veer left, which becomes Central Street. Turn left (east) on 15th Street. This will take you across I-25 toward downtown Denver. You will pass Platte Street (the first light). The Riverpoint Building is a half block to the east on 15th Street. It is a four-story red brick building. Turn into the driveway just before you reach the building. Visitor parking is on the right. If you pass over the South Platte River you have gone too far. Walk around to other side of building; the entrance is near the river.
FROM THE WEST SIDE
From either Sixth Avenue or Santa Fe, proceed to northbound I-25.
Follow "from the south" directions detailed above.
FROM THE EAST
From westbound Colfax Avenue (which is the same as 15th Avenue), pass the capitol building and Broadway, then veer to the right onto 15th Street, which is one-way. Stay on 15th Street all the way through downtown and lower downtown until you come to the South Platte River. The Riverpoint Building is on the left where 15th Street intersects the South Platte River.
FROM DOWNTOWN
Travel west toward the South Platte River and the Central Platte Valley. Locate 15th Street. 15th Street is a one-way street through most of downtown. Stay on 15th Street until you cross the South Platte River. The building is on the left where 15th Street intersects the river. The parking entrance is located just beyond the building.
